Publication practices and cultures/traditions of different fields of science differ. Corresponding to this, submission of abstract publications is possible from the connecting fields of science where this type of publication complies with general traditions and practices of the specific scientific area. Accepted and presented abstracts will be included in the proceedings. Upon receiving IEEE sponsorship we will investigate in what form science field-specific abstract publications could be uploaded to the IEEE Xplore database.

Authors should submit IEEE standard, double-column, 1 page long A/4 papers. The abstract should be original and unpublished. (Please, do not copy from other publication, because submitted abstracts will be checked by plagium detection software, and it will indicate if there are copied parts.)

Just like last year, publications of the 6th IEEE International Conference on Cognitive Infocommunications (IEEE CogInfoCom 2015) will be uploaded to the IEEE Xplore database upon consent of IEEE (in process).

We reserve the right to exclude any paper from the final proceedings (as well as any official database), if it is not presented at the conference.
